Estas acciones buscan garantizar un servicio oportuno, de calidad y con enfoque intercultural para siete pueblos originarios.<\/p>\n<p>El plan de fortalecimiento incluy\u00f3 la socializaci\u00f3n de la Norma T\u00e9cnica de Tuberculosis (TB) y del Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n General V2. Asimismo, el personal de salud pas\u00f3 por pruebas de exposici\u00f3n a TB y se implementaron ex\u00e1menes moleculares r\u00e1pidos (GeneXpert) para detectar casos activos y resistencias a medicamentos, protegiendo tanto a los trabajadores como a los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Las intervenciones, desplegadas en los centros de salud de Ullpyacu, Santa Mar\u00eda de Cahuapanas y San Lorenzo, tambi\u00e9n involucraron a la comunidad. Se realizaron sesiones educativas para agentes comunitarios y jornadas de sensibilizaci\u00f3n con los moradores de la Comunidad Nativa de Kaupan.<\/p>\n<p>Con este impulso al recurso humano en salud, la instituci\u00f3n busca cerrar brechas en la detecci\u00f3n de enfermedades y asegurar un servicio m\u00e1s eficiente.
