Asimismo, alert\u00f3 que otro tramo del cerco se encuentra en estado cr\u00edtico, presentando una peligrosa inclinaci\u00f3n hacia una vivienda contigua ubicada en el pasaje Lagunas, lo que podr\u00eda desencadenar un nuevo colapso en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"853\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los propietarios del inmueble afectado han presentado una carta notarial exigiendo a la instituci\u00f3n la adopci\u00f3n de medidas urgentes para prevenir una posible tragedia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1228\">De otro lado, el director precis\u00f3 que el proyecto de reconstrucci\u00f3n del cerco perim\u00e9trico ya cuenta con expediente t\u00e9cnico y se encuentra actualmente en evaluaci\u00f3n en el <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Gobierno Regional de Loreto<\/span><\/span>.
