Con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad de la obra y la seguridad de los moradores del sector Puerto Aguirre, varios vecinos aceptaron voluntariamente ser reubicados de manera temporal mientras duren los trabajos, con el compromiso de retornar posteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1197\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En ese contexto, la Municipalidad y el Consorcio Alto Amazonas solicitaron tambi\u00e9n la reubicaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1ora Yuyarima. Sin embargo, ella se neg\u00f3 a abandonar su predio. Como parte de las negociaciones, el Consorcio le ofreci\u00f3 una compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de 150 mil soles, propuesta que fue rechazada por la propietaria, quien solicitaba un mill\u00f3n de soles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1491\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Tras m\u00faltiples intentos de negociaci\u00f3n sin llegar a un acuerdo, el procurador titular de la Municipalidad orden\u00f3 el desalojo, argumentando que el terreno es requerido para la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto, espec\u00edficamente para la instalaci\u00f3n de la planta de captaci\u00f3n en el sector de Puerto Aguirre.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este proceso se da en el marco de la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de agua integral de la ciudad, considerado de necesidad p\u00fablica.
