En el momento de su inauguraci\u00f3n, fue presentado como un atractivo tur\u00edstico importante, un espacio destinado a la recreaci\u00f3n de visitantes y pobladores, donde pod\u00edan tomarse fotograf\u00edas y disfrutar del entorno. Sin embargo, desde entonces hasta la actualidad, la realidad es muy distinta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"700\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, el lugar no cuenta con control de serenazgo ni presencia de la Polic\u00eda Municipal, lo que genera desorden e inseguridad. Adem\u00e1s, no dispone de servicio de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, afectando la iluminaci\u00f3n y la seguridad del \u00e1rea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"994\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">A ello se suma que algunos propietarios de embarcaciones amarran sus botes en las barandas y en los m\u00e1stiles que sostienen las luminarias, deteriorando la infraestructura. El espacio tambi\u00e9n ha sido invadido por vendedores ambulantes, lo que contribuye al desorden y resta atractivo al lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1322\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Frente a esta situaci\u00f3n surgen varias interrogantes:<br data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1051\" \/>\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 pasando con el pago del servicio de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica? \u00bfQui\u00e9n debe asumir ese compromiso? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no existe control por parte del serenazgo o la Polic\u00eda Municipal? \u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre con la directiva actual? \u00bfNo existe inter\u00e9s en proteger y conservar nuestro bulevar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1484\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Son preguntas que la poblaci\u00f3n se hace, esperando respuestas claras y acciones concretas para recuperar este importante espacio tur\u00edstico que pertenece a todos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El bulevar tur\u00edstico del puerto Garcilazo de la Vega atraviesa una preocupante situaci\u00f3n de abandono.
