{"id":2692,"date":"2025-11-07T09:21:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T14:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roriente.org\/?p=2692"},"modified":"2025-11-07T09:21:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T14:21:07","slug":"trabajadores-de-construccion-civil-protestan-por-incumplimiento-de-pagos-en-obra-paralizada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roriente.org\/?p=2692","title":{"rendered":"Trabajadores de Construcci\u00f3n Civil protestan por incumplimiento de pagos en obra paralizada."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El consorcio encargado del <strong>proyecto de construcci\u00f3n del mercado<\/strong> no ha cumplido con el <strong>pago de los salarios<\/strong> de sus trabajadores, motivo por el cual la <strong>obra se encuentra paralizada desde hace m\u00e1s de 45 d\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desde tempranas horas de la ma\u00f1ana, los <strong>trabajadores agremiados al sindicato de construcci\u00f3n civil<\/strong> se apostaron en el frontis de la <strong>Gerencia Subregional<\/strong>, exigiendo el <strong>cumplimiento inmediato de sus haberes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n obtenida, el <strong>Gobierno Regional de Loreto (GOREL)<\/strong> realiz\u00f3 recientemente un <strong>dep\u00f3sito de S\/ 210,000<\/strong> correspondiente a una valorizaci\u00f3n del proyecto. Sin embargo, trascendi\u00f3 que la empresa mantiene <strong>una deuda con la SUNAT<\/strong>, entidad que procedi\u00f3 a <strong>retener S\/ 140,000<\/strong> del monto transferido, reduciendo significativamente los fondos disponibles para el pago del personal.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajadores han manifestado que <strong>no levantar\u00e1n su medida de protesta<\/strong> hasta obtener <strong>una soluci\u00f3n concreta y el pago total de sus remuneraciones<\/strong>.
