Sin embargo, durante el \u00faltimo mes, se ha presentado una situaci\u00f3n preocupante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"1009\">Seg\u00fan manifest\u00f3 el director, los propietarios del local \u2014conocido como ex VD\u2014 emitieron una nueva factura por un monto de <strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"712\">S\/ 35 mil soles<\/strong>, cuando el contrato establece un alquiler de <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"787\">S\/ 30 mil soles mensuales<\/strong>. Este cambio inesperado obliga a la administraci\u00f3n a realizar un nuevo replanteamiento presupuestal y administrativo, lo que ha generado preocupaci\u00f3n entre los padres de familia (APAFA), docentes y el alumnado en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1184\">A pesar de esta dificultad, el director agradeci\u00f3 el donativo recibido por parte del GOREL: <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1123\">una Banda de Paz<\/strong>, la cual ser\u00e1 utilizada en diversos eventos institucionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1415\">Asimismo, D\u00e1vila Pizango inform\u00f3 que el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de la <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1310\">nueva infraestructura educativa<\/strong> contin\u00faa su curso normal y que, en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, se espera recibir <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1402\">buenas noticias<\/strong> al respecto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El profesor Guido D\u00e1vila Pizango, director de la instituci\u00f3n educativa Matilde Tunjar Guzm\u00e1n de Vela, inform\u00f3 que el Gobierno Regional de Loreto (GOREL) ha venido cumpliendo puntualmente con el pago mensual del alquiler del local que actualmente ocupa la escuela.
