identificado con DNI N.\u00ba 05616306 y actual Secretario General del SUTE A.A., brind\u00f3 declaraciones a nuestro medio de comunicaci\u00f3n con el prop\u00f3sito de rectificar afirmaciones anteriores que fueron interpretadas como difamatorias hacia la Profesora <strong data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"629\">Mar\u00eda Elena Isuiza Rengifo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"925\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el Profesor Flores Grandes procedi\u00f3 a dar lectura p\u00fablica a una <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"751\">carta notarial aclaratoria<\/strong>, en la cual manifiesta su voluntad de esclarecer cualquier malentendido que haya podido surgir y reafirma su compromiso con la veracidad y la \u00e9tica en el ejercicio sindical.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1325\">Estas declaraciones se realizan en atenci\u00f3n a lo solicitado por la parte afectada, en el marco de un proceso que busca garantizar la <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1094\">transparencia judicial y legal<\/strong>, conforme lo establece el <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1182\">art\u00edculo 2, inciso 7 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Per\u00fa<\/strong>, que reconoce el derecho de toda persona a la rectificaci\u00f3n por medios adecuados, cuando se haya difundido informaci\u00f3n inexacta o agraviadora.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1503\">Sin otro particular, el Profesor Lellis Hugo Flores Grandes reitera su disposici\u00f3n al di\u00e1logo, la transparencia y el respeto a los
